1. We need a python script that works with Telegram to edit the number of views of a message in a Telegram Channels. 2. The Script shall be able to: a) Increase the views of a message in a telegram channel to any number that is desired. (NOTE: Increasing of a view in a Telegram Channel will be subjected to the number of exclusive Telegram accounts made available to the software by the project owner) b) Allow admin to select the message in a telegram channel c) Allow admin to select the desired number of views (NOTE: Subjected to the number of account made available to the software) d) Once admin have entered this, he should be able to see the number of views of the selected message in the telegram channel increased and increasing. The script/product should be able to handle all exceptions without crashing.
