ODOO data connector ( to connect and sync stock inventory from our Stock software to ODOO)

Project is for Odoo v14 to sync PRODUCT and Customer data from our existing Software to ODOO. Zou should create CRON task with 2-way update data from "Our Inventory management Software" to ODOO. SQL tables are described in attached XLS file) as well as STAGES of how the project will be implemented step by step. THIS PROJECT IS ONLY FOR STAGE 1 - DATA CONNECTOR, see the Excell file attached. The update should be made as much "real time " as possible, ideally tiny and very often changes of small changes are prefered (2x a day it is not suitable-not enough, data exchange must compare timestamps or other method to determine only what was changed and only that should be updated as many times a day as possible-ideally as close to real-time) This TASK is to IMPLEMENT 2-way DATA sync ONLY for : [login to view URL] Contacts [login to view URL] tree with products (and its associated texts, files, parameters, etc...) 3. Pricelists and discounts 4. 12 custom simple fields (named VPr in Excell) which are jsut simple text/nemerical fields to enter custom texts/numbers (width, height, depth, color, Version, CodeName, etc) Our Inventory management system will be still used in the background, so the project is ABOUT realtime sync,not about export and 1-time import of data to ODOO. Process I think ideal for both parties after Project awarded : 1. I will copy our Virtual machine with All neccessary Software + Our recent Odoo installation (Hyper-V Virtual Machine with OS Server2012 with GUI) and I will teach you the software where is What (teamviwer) + will provide it to you to "tweak" the code on your side at home easily. 2. Milestone 1 (20%price) - released once showed through TeamViewer that some of the data are syncing allready 3. Milestone 2 (another 20% price) - Released Once you proove through TeamViewer that all data are synced. 4. Once you feel you have it ready and working, you will send the all the code for our review (to check for malicious code) 5. once confirmed All OK, MILESTONE 3 (another 20%) will be released. 6. You will be enabled to install it as separate piece of code(module?) to our live production machine (I will oversee the process through Teamviewer or similar remote access software) - when finished and working, MILESTONE 4 (another 20%) will be released. Last 20% of MILESTONE will be released after 1 week of "work and tests " if there are no bugs, etc... In case you have better process (covering needs of BOTH parties) I am able to change that.
