Occaisional Python programming assistance

I need help debugging and writing small python projects from time to time. I had previously worked with a programmer that I could contact for assistance and he would get back to be in 1 - 2 days with a solution. We are talking small 30 minute projects, sometimes up to 2 hours.
Please let me know about your Python experience and your hourly rate. I usually pay in 30 minute increments, meaning if you debug something for me and it takes 10 minutes, I'll still pay you for half an hour. If it takes 2 hours, then I pay you for 2 hours...
I don't expect you to return the work right away but in 1 to 3 days would be ideal.
It's a small but ongoing project. Contact me if your interested and quote your hourly rate and if you agree to get paid in 30 minute increments (rounded up of course).
