"I need a python, Django and Web Scraping expert!. Contact me for more details." We are looking to have an MVP made of a web scraping service we would like to offer in real estate. You would create a web crawler or web scraper to pull listings information from as many real estate sites as possible. Storing things in the database of your choice. The scraped date will be stored locally for persistence across sessions and platform and displayed in a web application. The secret phrase is Tuna. You will be building this web scraper as a server-side application that runs on test data and a subset of whitelisted sights in the real world so we can take the stored results of the app and display in a mean stack. We recommend using python, scrapy, and mongodb but we are also open to technologies you think are better suited for the task. You are expected to build this app in such a way: - Emphasizes the images and quality images as you are pulling from individual listigs - Developed with being part of a larger ecosystem in mind. The results of the web scraper will be read by a rest api and made accessible to the user using MEAN. We may even consider this being modularized and make available to the app directly. - Not a completed application but an MVP that can be taken over by subsequent developers Contact me for more details.
