Hi, I have gone through your requirements and it seems you posted this project for me. I have already worked on a quite similar project in which we did energy optimization for a solar company. Users will enter the required usage of all appliance and our algorithm would provide an optimized schedule. By following our schedule, bill will be minimized. Deploying ML algorithms for such industry solutions is not an easy task.
