Develop PYTHON API to detect spelling, punctuation and grammar errors

We are building a way to mark student essays. Part of this is spelling, punctuation and grammar. The Mark scheme has 4 Assessment Objectives. Assessment Objective 4 says: Use a range of vocabulary and sentence structures for clarity, purpose and effect, with accurate spelling and punctuation. There are 4 marks to get. 1 mark: Threshold performance: In the context of the level of demand of the question, learners spell and punctuate with reasonable accuracy, and use a reasonable range of vocabulary and sentence structures; any errors do not hinder meaning in the response. 2–3 marks: Intermediate performance: In the context of the level of demand of the question, learners spell and punctuate with considerable accuracy, and use a considerable range of vocabulary and sentence structures to achieve general control of meaning. 4 marks High performance: In the context of the level of demand of the question, learners spell and punctuate with consistent accuracy, and consistently use vocabulary and sentence structures to achieve effective control of meaning. I need you to develop a Python API that: 1. rank essays according to punctuation, spelling and grammar fluency 2. Categorise writing as per above. Put it on a scale. 2. detect punctuation, spelling and grammar errors and suggest corrections 3. Match errors with the effect on semantics within an essay- i.e does the mistake limit the readability of the essay? **MUST ADHERE TO PEP (PYCHARM)**
