Create Odoo App for version 12, 13 & 14 to link webhooks so we get click/read information next to messages.

Hello, We use mandrill app to send out transactional emails in Odoo. We want to create an app using the mandrill app webhooks to get the information of the messages sent from Odoo. See attachment on how we want to display message that are delivered. And messages that are delivered should become blue (like read whatsapp messages). NDR (non delivery reports) should create a red cross next to the message. And alert the sender in odoo that the message failed to be delivered. During project we may add new features if needed. Odoo EXPERTISE is a must. So only senior expertise in odoo can apply.
