Hi I am Electronic Engineer. Usually, a certain MCU reads data from tempurater sensor in strict accordance with Timing, but now we are going to control tempurater sensor using a Raspberry and with the Raspbian OS. However, all of the GPIO pins is digital, not analog. So I must convert digital pin to analog pin and read tempurater.

I have completed a project like this before. You will need to buy an analog reader for the sensor, because raspberry pi does not have one. However I can suggest a better solution which is using a capacitor to create a simple RC Time Circuit.
