buid a scrabble game using python3 and tkinter only

Funds: $50 to $60 The scrabble game has to be a turn by turn game between either 2,3 or 4 players. No LAN/IP/HumanVsComputer options. When starting it needs to ask with dictionary of words to use (text file with french words or text file with english words provided with the project). PyScrabble is a good example but it is more then required if you want to inspire and dumb down the game to my requirements. requirement1 - turn by turn playing as per pyscrabble (game on computer) requirement2 - implement the option to choose french or English so the game can use either dictionairy files included. requirement3 - functional scrabble game using python3 and tkinter only(no gtk, qt or other gui libraries) I already made one game in console mode where I already implemented the two dictionary of words. If you want to "inspire" yourself from pyscrable, let me know but you have to modify it enough to look like original work.
