Looking for someone who are acknowledged in Interatcive Broker

I am looking for someone who has more experienced in IB. so I need a desktop app that has simple calculations based on history data from IB. It might be starting point and there would be more and more relevant projects. I hope someone honestly is responsible for what he/she would have done and fast responsive. This app might be built on C# or python. The deliveries must be full codes and execute file. The app also would use DB as a MySql and store all history data. The candidates must have knowledge in futures and forex. if successful and good quality, I am willing to work on with him/her again and again.
