I already have an existing website however I have created a PSD file that shows the changes I'd like to be made to the layout. The changes are not dramatic, certainly not for an experienced designer. The header/footer of the website will remain exactly as it is, the changes will only affect the actual content layout (but it's only a 2 column layout so should not be difficult at all). The website is not on any CMS it is just standalone HTML. Furthermore I would also like a Wordpress version of the layout creating, and there will be 2 posting templates both of which I have drawn up. One is the template for a normal post whilst the other is a template for a review. For the review template I will require a plugin creating that will allow me to add tabbed content into the review. Basically what I mean by this that within the review there will be a small box that contains information but it should have 3 tabs which the user can click and it will display the information from within that tab (I can provide an example as to how this works on another website - the plugin may be already available). This project MUST be pixel perfect, so please bid accordingly. Good & clear communication/English is highly favored.
