Wireframe creation

We are in the process of evolving our website for our company, farmadvisor.com. We are NOT looking for a web designer or programmer, but a web project planner who has experience in taking the ideas, wants and needs for the site and can create wire frames. You need not apply if you are not accustom to creating an outline, flow, wire frames and layout and design of web sites. We have an account with Protoshare and are only interested in people who are experts in this software (proof will be required). Must be a USA based company who can work via internet, ichat (Mac or Skype) and of course the Protoshare software. Initial layouts and drafts will be provided in written form until the first protoshare draft is ready to work in. This project must be completed with 1 month of work being awarded. Site is for the marketing of an online service and will be designed to market, sell and sign up the clients. Flat or hourly rate awards will be considered. A list of any detailed questions you have would be preferred before you make your bid. Proof of expertise will be required before bid is awarded.
