Hey! As a former member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, editing and proofreading was an essential component of my job, as nothing could be out of place with submissions to Federal Security Directors, Agency Directors, etc. and I believe that given that experience I would be a strong choice for this position. I'm seeing temporary employment with this project, which is negotiable for long term employment with flexible hours as you'd need, and I would be a strong candidate that could align myself with your goals and needs.
More about me: During my time with DHS, I'd work a standard 40hr/week schedule, but would always volunteer for overtime as was needed by my agency, up to and sometimes even exceeding 80hrs/week, as I've always molded myself to an employers needs. Although I'm fairly new to this service, my experience speaks for itself. The gravity of my previous work outweighs my lack of visible freelance experience, as again, absolutely nothing could be out of place in these essential reports, nonmatter how tired I was or how many hours I worked that week. With hourly employment, you'll find that I treat this position as an absolute priority in my own flexible work schedule and I'm always happy to cater to whatever needs you may have.
Please, feel free to shoot me a message at any time if you have any questions or concerns, as I'm almost always available. Thanks!
