Prepare questions for PMP exam (PMBOK 6)

I'm creating an app for mobiles that is to help in preparation to Project Management Professional exam(PMP). I need a questions database based on latest standard (PMBOK 6). These questions should NOT be just copied from Internet or any other application. I'll have a commercial application so no copyright issues needed. Ideally you should be a PMP trainer with own database. Otherwise you should be a PMP passed person with PM experience, who is in touch with new standard. I expect Excel file with 100 questions (as a start, 10 per each knowledge area) with next columns: 1. Knowledge area (e.g.: Project Integration Management) 2. Project stage (e.g.: Initiation) 3. Question (e.g.: "A budget estimate is in the range from:") 4. Answer А (e.g.: A: -25% to +75% from actual) 5. Answer B (e.g.: -10% to +25% from actual) 6. Answer C (e.g.: -10% to +10% from actual) 7. Answer D (e.g: -5% to +10 from actual) 8. Correct answer (e.g.: "B") 9. Detailed explanation (e.g.: A rough order of magnitude estimate is usually made in initiating, and is in a range from -25% to +75% from actual. A definitive estimate is made as the project progresses and is in a range from -5% to +10% or -10% to +10% from actual. A budget estimate is usually made in planning and is in a range from -10% to +25% from actual.) I pay 1 USD per question.
