Estimate the HUDs (settlement costs)
Estimate the loan (based on loan parameters)
Dynamically project the maximum cumulative cashflow. Cash in required at settlement and maximum cash-in during the project.
Dynamically show the project phases and schedule
Show a project plan
Have a detailed view and a slidepack view
Allow a rehab estimate margin to be defined i.e. 10%
Calculate cash-on-cash return based on maximum cash in during the project
Calculate return for investor based on profit split parameter
Limited sensitivity analysis based going over budget or time
