Give travelers the possibility to use the train station as part of a daily routine – e.g. shopping Tasks • A persona and its use of the services and facilities of the train station • The service and facilities that contribute to value creation during the experience of the train station (the value constellation) • A scenario of service use, that describes the sequence of event before, during and after the use of the train station • The service Architecture (the group can choose whether the representation of the architecture is Diachronic or Synchronic) • The service blueprint, highlighting the sequence of event, the touchpoints and the stakeholders involved in the delivery of the service Documentation 5 pages including the graphic description of the project, the process and a critical reflection upon the tools chosen in the various phases. Each page may relate to one of the phases mentioned above.
