Design me a Specific quadrocpoter (Drone)

we need to design a specific drone for a specific camera that I have.
All you have to do is to design the wing part and the landing part below the camera (i will provide its pictures as well as dimensions, weight etc.). Additionally it will also have a RF receiver for controlling and a small solar panel on top (we will take care of the electronics but you need to consider them during the design). As it is going to record videos, stability is a must, having ability to bend upto an angle would be a great plus.
Another thing is its feasibility, it is not only design, it must be manufacturable at a decent price as well. We might use it for mass production in the future (in that case we will mention that it is your design).
In your message, please state how you are going to approach STEP by STEP. We would like to make sure in advance that you know the process. You dont have to provide a design in advance (would be a plus though) but you must show that you know the process and can guide us throughout the design stages.
