Blueprint design for street Food Cart

We are two young brothers looking to start a business within the Street Food & Food Cart industry. We are in need of someone to design for us a basic blueprint so that we can use it to build our ideal food cart. The design we require should not only specify what ideal construction materials will be used such as and not limited too metals, screws, cuts, washers, water and gas lines, fixtures and connections, along with and not limited to electrical connections, wiring and plugs for lighting, but should also have prior experience in creating blueprints with such integrations. Said food cart must contain compartments for storage, on a bottom shelf. It must have a display to store and showcase hot fried food along with space to allocate a natural gas fryer along with the appropriate gas line and a storage for a small 50 gallon gas tank. Said car must be mounted on a system where it provides the ability to push by hand while also allowing it to be pulled by a vehicle. Prior experience in such designs is preferred. The design must meet all local state and federal building guidelines and pass all safety, fire and electrical hazard inspections. I have attached a picture showing a general idea of the design, but we strong encourage originality in regards to both the design, functionality and a main focus on minimizing construction cost while maximizing storage and cooking areas throughout the design.
