I'm looking to customize checkout page on PrestaShop by adding 5 additional textbox input field to get input from user. Once customer fill-up the form on checkout page and upon successful checkout an email notification would be send to customer and store manager with filled-up information. Note : Default PrestaShop checkout fields will be remain as it is. We'll add extra input fields to take input from users.
