Only Expert on Prestashop

I have to implement a prestashop module that have a select of category by step with a new graphic and with the possibility to filter selection by search. I tried to use "chosen" library. The problem that I have encountered that inserting the plug-in loses the selection of the second step.

I need to do integration of plug-in without loosing step function.
