I need to automate some user provisioning, licensing, and some Skype for Business Online Settings. I have finished the provisioning and licensing, but am looking to optimize and check it. I am having issues applying a global policy on Skype For Business that'd block video calls and conference recording . I am able to apply it to a single user, but I need to be able to apply it to everyone in the company and then apply it to new users who are provisioned using a CSV.
