Su descripción no dice mucho, pero si usted ya cuenta con el software y licencias TÍA Portal en su última versión o similar en su máquina con poder de accesar remotamente (instalado por decir el Teamviewer), para solo conectar por software en los equipos S7-1200 y el Siemens lmv5 (configurar remotamente) con cable modbus, te puedo ayudar...pero si tu requieres una solución donde obtengas los datos de tu lMv5 y por medio del S7-1200 y quizás un HMI lo monitores y controles ya sería un poco más avanzado.

hi I am doing job as a control system engineer, I recently done projects on s7-400 redundant as well as on modbus of s7-1200, I also had a working program (tested in industry), I will not provide you program due to my company policy but I will guide you online through skype or whatever media you say as well as will share a complete method to configure the modbus communication and will do with you untill all data transfered successfully.
