Waste water 4 pump station

We need an experienced GE RX3i PLC programmer for this a new waste water pump station. Some of the details are:

The 4 pumps will be controlled in a Lead/Lag1/Lag2/Lag3 sequence based on the well level

The station will have 4 pumps controlled by VFDs

The VFDs will be controlled/monitored by digital and analog IOs from the PLC

The station also has a flow and pressure meters and level indicators

PLC will communicate with 2 HMIs (not to be programmed by this job) one via a serial port for pump status and another via Ethernet for alarm and general system monitoring. IO/Registers for HMI should be supplied in a separate spreadsheet.

The program will be fully documented with all the necessary comments. Logic will be built on Ladder Logic and Ladder Logic Function blocks. One of the main purposes of this project is to reuse this logic with minimal changes for future projects. Taking that in consideration all the UDTs should take in consideration different configurations of the type they are for (ex. pump type, flow type, etc). Proficy ME version should be 8.5.

Further details including full specs and drawings will be provided to the bid winner. Winner will need to sign a confidentiality agreement and all the developed programming will be owned by us after the project is completed.
