Hello, I need an experienced zendesk developer for an integration between ladesk (an other help desk software and zendesk). Basically every time we receive a call on Ladesk we do a HTTP call (rule already created) to zendesk for create a new ticket, I need to write the right url to call (JSON format). Milestone we ll be released after sucessful integration, and no pw will be provided: project must be done with teamviewer on my notebook.

Hi there. I understand what are your requirements. I can create this integration and create a new zendesk ticket from ladesk. I have basically worked on building a helpdesk system which also had webhooks, automations (or rules) so I know how to integrate them both. And yes, I can do it over teamviewer.
