Zencart custom product plugin

I need a custom product list for zencart to show the products in a table format. There will be about 5 different categories and once you go to that category you will have a description and image near the top of the page , then underneath i need a table format for the products.
I have uploaded a picture of an example of how it should look. I will also need there to be quantity discounts.
I willing to use different ecommerce software than zencart as long as it will work for my needs.
What i need:
A product page where
1. The products of that category will show up as a table format (see image for example). The products will be entered in to the database as you regularly would in zen cart. The products will only have 3-4 values for each.
2. The ability to edit the product page description. The description will include text and a product image.
3. Quantity discounts for 5 pieces and 25 pieces. The price should be listed in the table for each.
