We need a technical spec written for a website and app that we plan to have created.

It will eventually be a trade directory where companies can login and manage their profiles, upload pictures and videos of their work etc. Users will be able to search for companies, leave reviews and all of the typical features an online trading directory will have.

All of these sites also have apps which you can download to see how they work.

The main part that we are not clear on is how the website will communicate with the apps. Essentially, we need the website to feed information in real time to the apps.
