Write some Software with google map

I need someone to create a Google Maps scraper that will extract block information for a given city. I have built a web tool that allows a user to click (mouse click) around a street block (about 4 clicks is usually enough). These clicks get the lat/lng address of the click. I then send those coordinates to Google directions API and close the loop but setting the last coordinates to the first. The Google directions API sends back snapped coordinates (road), a set of raw coordinates, an encoded polygon and the center lat/lng of the block (see attachment for example). Once I have that data, I confirm the loop is in fact closed and then save that data (snapped coordinates, encoded polygon, suburb, postal code, country etc) to a DB. While this method works extremely well, it is quite labour intensive considering I need every street block for a given city i.e. Melbourne, Australia. The scraper must follow paths and streets and get all blocks (see attachments). See how a block could be an odd shape or even 2 sides of the road is a block IF there is a centre island. I would need to be able to input a state (VIC, NSW etc) in to the tool to generate the block data and you would need to build a function that saves all the data to a DB including the snapped coordinates.
