Write some software for Ringless Voicemail Drops

We need you to develop some software for us. I would like this software to be developed for Linux and send Ringless Voicemails (RVM) to cell phones. Needs to be completed this week so experience building with this application is a necessity. System will need to be able to run multiple independent campaigns, report back statistics, and allow us along with our clients to view real time reports through independent portal login.
