Write some Software Add video information to/create video sitemap for AOL On video content

I have video derived from AOL On (formerly [url removed, login to view]). The content is embedded on my pages but does not currently have any sitemap. The site platform is Dolphin 7.
One block of 4 videos uses the [url removed, login to view] Thumbseed tools: [url removed, login to view] and the content is selected contextually based upon the page content.
The second video block is manually selected from [url removed, login to view] manually and is pasted into a page block at the time the page is created.
As the single video block only appears on a minority of pages but the Thumbseed block is on all article pages I would like to create a video sitemap that meets Google's requirements that comprises the metadata from both video blocks to maximise the video information shared with Google.
The meta data on the sitemap needs to encompass the following Google specified attributes:
title, description, playpage URL, thumbnail URL and the raw video URL or URL to Flash video player. Without these five pieces of information, Google cannot surface your videos in our results.
If richer data can be obtained and shared, probably using on page data then that would be an advantage to be included.
