I have extensive experience with dataset / database manipulation as part of a large multinational corporation, particularly in writing software for large automation projects. I'm familiar with C++, Python, PHP, etc. and would ensure that the code I delivered was maintainable and scalable. Assuming that the vendor data is in a structured format of some kind (e.g. delimited text), the data can be parsed, loaded into an XML file (if needed), and/or loaded into a database of choice (e.g. mySQL). Hopefully the project could be completed more quickly than the 20 day time period (depending on what the vendor data looks like) - but I'm happy to iterate with you to ensure that you're getting a quality product.
