Write some Software

I Converted a system for schools into a system for a church. The project consists of adding and linking to the database several extra fields in a platform already developed [login to view URL], in the menu "Members> Add Members" (attached image). The fields to add and modify are: FIELD / TYPE -Nombre = Text -Quien lo entrevisto? = Dropdown -Área = this field is the same as that used for assigned grades -DPI = number -Fecha de nacimiento = date -Género = dropdown -Dirección física = text -Teléfono = number -Email = alphanumerico -Tipo de miembro = dropdown -Estado civil = dropdown -Profesión = dropdown -Ocupación actual = text -Conyuge = text -No. HIjos = number -Rango de edad = alphanumeric -Fecha de conversión = date -Lugar = this field is linked to the previous - text -¿Está bautizado en agua? = Dropdown -Fecha del bautizo en agua= this field is linked to the previous - date -¿Quienes son convertidos en su hogar? = Dropdown -¿Es bautizado en el espíritu? = Dropdown -Fecha del bautizo en el espíritu= this field is linked to the previous - date -¿Se discípula? = Dropdown -Si su respuesta fue negativa, ¿Quisiera discipularse? = Dropdown -Tiempo de asistir a la iglesia = here must add time in months, and after that starts automatic count of accumulated time. -Congregación anterior = text -¿Tiene carta de recomendación? = Dropdown -¿Quisiera que lo visitarán? = Dropdown -Fecha de ingreso de ficha= date -Agregar fotografía = add photo as attachment - this field is already on the platform * Dropdown = the fields that say this word, leave the empty spaces in the code so that I can manually place the options later. * Area = this field is the same that is already configured for "Grades and sections" better if you do not edit it, it is serving me as you already did. I would like all of these fields to be reflected in the tab of each added member. I want to add the option "View all" in the menu "Información de Miembros", in order to be able to see all the groups together.
