Hello Everyone We are looking for an expert to build or sell to us customer chat system for our platform ([login to view URL]) that can be easily customized to what we require without all those 3rd parties layups that hinder its full functionality to our platform in accordance to what we need. Web based Chat module. That is customer-care chat system and for both freelancer and system. Freelancer.com platform have their own customized chat system where customers engage with freelancers and vice versa. What we need is customized chat system that is coded/programmed professionally. You can refer to freelancer chat system and build ours customized php with MySQL DB The messenger will be placed on freelancers profile like it is in freelancer platform as well as have web based chat system/Customer-care chat system on bottom right of the system which will act as bot messenger to engage with visitors to admin directly therefore, its one chat system but customized to achieve two different functionalities. The web-based chat needs to be superbly unique because its goal is traffic conversion and so whenever a visitor comes to the site, support can engage them directly but the bot will have customized welcome message. The developer needs to have deep understanding in what we want and use their expertise to implement Analytics to track & count the number of user clicks and user exit on the selected web page. This will help us in understanding of user behavior on particular web page The chat should have capability of 60 language translation support and fully tested from our end. We are aware of 3rd party apps like mylivechat and Zendesk. That is not what we want, we want something that is specifically built and implemented for our needs and which is unique and always on but not going to to sleep like the case of zndesk.
