Freelancers,

Need to develop web based accounting software. Please find the very high level requirement document.

I want to execute this project in highly documented way.

Need all the following documents

1. Understanding and requirement document (1 day) in proper BRD document template

2. Design document (3 days) in proper design document template

3. Installation process and project setup for future code changes.

I am looking for some 1 who I can meet in person. Also I am planning use to use freshers but have confidence on php and mySQL.

Maximum budget is 15,000 INR. At any cost not more than that.

Chennai based freelancers will be given preferences.
