Write a services / web app to manage Facebook group

Software/App run on Windows PC/server to Manage the Facebook Group. What we provide for this tool: - We provide the link (url) of the groups. - The user/password (or facebook token) of the Groups Admin This tool can manage multiple groups. What we need this tool do automatic: - Auto approve the member request join if match the rule: + Joined Facebook before dd/mm/yyyy (This infomation show in the request) (day will config in Settings) + Answer the join question or not. (Yes or No will config in Settings) - Auto Approve the posts if match the rule + Has link (url in post content) ( Yes or no will config in Settings) + Has photo or not (Yes or No will config in Settings) + Post from the Members in the GoodLists (Will have page to add members to this GoodList) - Auto read and delete the comment If: + Has a link + Has a photo (Yes or No will config in Settings) We need the web interface to do the following: - Login page - Settings: + the joined day + Yes/No check in Answer questions (see upper) + Yes/No check link (in approve post) + Yes/No check photo (in approve post) + Yes/No check photo (in comment delete) + Duration per automatic services run (minute) + Database config (IP, user, pass) + Groups links & user/password/token of admin users (Can add multiple) - Approve member join: + Same with Facebook Group Approve member join page, allow to: Approved, Deciline, Block, APPROVE AND ADD TO GOODLIST (this not have in Facebook) - Approve posts + Same with Facebook Group Pending Post, allow: Approve, Delete, Block, APPROVE AND ADD TO GOODLIST (not have in Facebook) - GOODLIST management + List of member + Add member + Remove member - Logs: Log all the automatic action + Approve logs + Delete comment
