I would like to hire an affordable C Programmer

I want to develop a mobile app where people can order items from an eatery and it will be delivered to them by delivery [login to view URL] the user downloads the app and creates account with it, the user will be given a unique ID that he can log in to the app. This should have a way the user can fund his account monthly or have option to buy item instantly via online banking, when the user places order, the money will be deducted from his existing account and a teller code will be generated for the person for that transaction as a prove if he didn't get his order. A link to save the code in his email can be provided too. the list of the available menu and the prices will be displayed in categories in the app, there should be a way for the user to look up the location and the approximated time it will take the nearest delivery person to arrive with his order. when a user makes order, the company will see it in their computer and sends for the nearest delivery person close to the user.
