Wordpress, WooCommerce, HTML & JS Wizard needed to help with a project quickly

Are you the web ninja that we need? We need a custom form that functions like a nice easy to use and navigate user interface, it must be editable for future modifications or additional form fields. Before any woocommerce products appear, we need to determine some information from the customer. There is a 3 page file attached to give you an idea of the steps. Their selections will determine which product they are brought to There are 3 products in Woocommerce in total Inside the form, the customer will have to first select an option which only carries forward as information and does not determine which product. Next, the user selects one of two styles, one of which is for PRODUCT A If they select the second style, there is an additional set of options each taking them to either PRODUCT B or PRODUCT C Afterwards, each product will have the same set of options and product upgrades A demonstration is built using wordpress pages for the options. The end product must be mobile responsive and fast, it should not be a separate page for each step All data from the steps above must be carried through to the woocommerce cart so the details can be submitted in the order emails. This project must be completed within 3 days and we are available for questions and / or assistance. It must look better than the example, we can assist you with that process if needed Candidates will be interviewed, shown the demonstration and asked to provide a proof-of-concept so we know we are hiring the right person. New freelancers are also welcome to apply. Most important we need someone who can start working right away. We will have future work as well for the right person, most projects are not this rushed.
