Wordpress website design needed - 5-8 pages

I need a designer to produce a new wordpress site. 1) First stage I will need 3 mockups with different designs (using red, white and blue colouring) 2) Content for the site is not finalized yet but it will be a standard business website. Bid with the expectation of the site being between 5-8 pages including the home and contact page 3) Creation of a contact form will be necessary as well as a google map display on the eventual contact page. 4) Installation and configuration of wordpress will be necessary. Using cpanel so this should be a snap. 5) Logo is already made, design will need to be made to compliment the logo 6) Client will want a video testimonial page. Most likely an online service like youtube will be used for video storage but be prepared to add an on-site solution for local videos if the client requests it Design mockups will be required within 48 hours of project acceptance. I realize since I can't provide all content right away project delivery time will vary but once I have all content to you it will be expected for completion within 5 days from that point. This client has a habit of being slow on delivery so please expect occasional slowness on response or content receipt from them. You will not be penalized for delivery issues due to slowness from the client in providing feedback or content Bidders who add the word: Balloon to the beginning of the bid will receive first consideration as I will take that as a sign you actually read the requirements.
