Looking for a WordPress Professional with many years of experience to help and assist with a plugin issue causing visitors from certain countries to be blocked from visiting our site.
Problem:
We installed a plugin called "IQ Country Block" with the intent of blocking certain countries from visiting our site due to hacks and spam. Recently we added MAXCDN with W3 Total Cache to speed up our website. We did some speed tests on "[url removed, login to view]" and realized that some countries including the US were being blocked and should not have been blocked.
We decided to delete the plugin "IQ Country Block" completely and any [url removed, login to view] file to avoid this issue. We tested the website speeds again in other countries and realized that the problem is still there and randomly happening. Even some states in the US are getting blocked messages. We need someone who can eliminate this issue completely without affecting our website. Please see attached images for further clarification.
