Wordpress "Page template" for my custom WP theme

The website is looking as follows: [login to view URL] The new "Page" template should generate the following prototype: [login to view URL] Explanation for Prototype: The top black part of the prototype is representing the navigation on our custom theme. The header is a "Slider Revolution" and I will make the designs and the template only needs to handle the tag or "name" of the slider so that it get published within this "Page template". The black area should be easy to change the "Title" and icons and text. The "Gray" section should be able to hold x numbers of items as it looks in the prototype. The "Blue" are should be easy to change the text. And the last "White" part should be easy to change as well. The rest on that page is the footer of our homepage. The site is running on a productionserver and there is no FTP or C-panel.
