Hi there, Matt Sergej here (call me as you like) and can help you (25 years a webmaster). I have logged in your test website (mattsrinc user profile) and created new post with a map. It appears there are no issues with your map, checking in browser developer tools all Leaflet maps were downloaded (or cancelled to download when I have changed the zoom fast) correctly. You really cannot do much - open (free) tile servers are sometimes under heavy load and don't return the map tiles. The only solution for you would be to either use commercial map tile servers (like Mapbox) or possibly download all your maps your require (you can limit the area to which a user can zoom) and establish your own web server with it. The other option is rare and I could possibly do it yet not for this budget. It's also questionable to have it considering the benefits and disadvantages (your web site traffic and load).
