Hi , I need to build a wordpress based crm :- only 2 be maintained by 1 user

1) store mobile no,name,address of client

2) when we schedule pick up .make an order , send sms & email automatically with details to be picked up from a list of data

3)after pick up, send sms & email that pick has been done

4) after pick up is sent, send sms & email with tracking no and company name from database

5)send regular update sms & email on press of button
