Wordpress / Asynchronous Javascript plugin is blocking some Header links

Like in the Title: I need Asynchronous javascript plugin on my website but it disables a link and a couple of icons on my homepage (header). I have tried 4 different plugins: WP deferred javascripts Jquery @ PLugins Asynchronuous Loader Aysnchronous Javascript WP Optimize Asynchronous Javascript All of these plugins seem to fix my Homepage loading time (everything is Super fast) At the same time they all seem to cause the same problem. Dropdown link in navigation stops working. Also a couple icon links to popup pages are not opening. Im looking for help in fixing the link and icons that are not working. Im not looking for optimization. PLEASE only BID on the Project if you have Experience with a similar problem and know how to make asynchronous javascript work so that it does not cause the above problem.
