Dear developers, We are an internet service provider in Togo. We are looking for a way for our customers to submit their problems via Whatsapp. We have 6 Customer service representatives and would like: - Our users to identify themselves and then click on a link that will open the customer whatstapp application on the phone and put them in the chat window with our company - have a web interface or whatsapp web for each customer service representative to send replies to the customers (with customizable canned replies) - If there are no Customer service representative available, a message should be sent to the user to inform that no CSR is available. - have the options to send mass message to customers in case of problems - The application send an email and SMS to supervisor in case a chat is not addressed after pre-dertermined settings (1 hour, 2 hours, etc.)
