We are looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our marketing department, contributing to the success of our web presence through our website and other associated sites and extended needs on the Brand & Creative team. It’s important that the ideal candidate is able to understand high-level systemic project requirements and apply all the Web expertise to achieve the strategic goals, while also supporting the evolution of our brand holistically.
The successful Web Designer candidate will have a solid combination of experience and education that enables them to create and design a unique, visually aesthetic, and functional website.

Passionate about web design (responsive), user experience and web code. Bring new and innovative ideas to improve the web presence and process.
Participate in concept development, design ideation, and detailed specification of visual designs for user interfaces of the future and existing innovations, prototypes and mockups.
Create visual solutions that address business, brand, market, and marketing requirements, including design and production deliverables.
Strong commitment to customer service & journey (internal and external).
Relentless attention to detail.
Comply with and help evolve branding standards and guidelines for our corporate website and related web properties.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, timely and efficiently, in a fast paced environment.
Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user centered design process.
Collaborate with marketing department, content producers and management to refine the visual designs.
Work with web marketing specialists and web developers to deliver the final product.
Assist with the operational side of the corporate website ticket queue including tracking incoming jobs (JIRA), securing resources, negotiating timelines and ensuring files are stored and backed up correctly.
Work closely with Brand & Creative design team and third party agencies to manage workflow. Partner closely with designers to manage ongoing updates of foundational assets including web standards, iconography, hero imagery, stock photography and more.
Communicate weekly status updates on schedules, resources, risks and dependencies in weekly meetings. Help support weekly corporate website status meeting to work through issues and set priorities for the week.

Must be fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar graphic design software.
Proficient with web standards and best practices. Understanding the browser nuances is a key.
Ability to listen keenly and adapt ideas.
Ability to come up with multiple concepts while clearly articulating the tradeoffs of each concept (which includes getting buy-in from all stakeholders).
Excellent delivery and execution skills. Must deliver prototypes, final mock-ups in a timely manner and resolve dependencies and conflicts.
4+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise websites.
Passionate and self-driven attitude with inherent sense of ownership and responsibility to deliver.
Bachelor's degree in: Graphic Design, Information Design, Digital Media Design, Web Design or Interactive Media Preferred.
Web & Design Portfolio Required.
Candidates must able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team environment, and be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions effectively. Must be able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of web content management systems is a plus.
