My website need MySQL Data base optimization

My website has a self-referring script which has made over 4000 requests in the past 24 hours that are causing the site to go down, you can see an example of them below. Additionally, the website has spawned a large number of slow MySQL queries, you can see the top 10 of them below, I also need a fix for that. Please check the attached txt file for that.
