4 Point improvement on the Search page: 1. Results page within the same page format. 2. "Request more info" button does not give any notification of success or failure. 3. Outside built up areas give a 5km option? 4. Replace existing SQL DB records with 14,000 records instead. 5. Make more mobile/cell phone friendly. I think jobs 1 & 2 would be small, hopefully less than an hour each. Job 3 might take longer, maybe 3 hours? Job 4 would be about 2 hours, I have all the data in an excel document ready to go. Job 5 could be between 1 and 4 hours, depending on your recommendations. Job explanation: 1. Currently the results page to any search loses the formatting of the SiteBuilder template and is full screen results page. Can we contain the results in a window while maintaining the template look and feel so they can continue to browse the site on other pages after they have completed a search? If this cannot easily be done, can we add a nice big button on the results page to "Return to web page" which then goes to the home page? 2. The "Request more info" button does not give any notification of it being pressed. Can we add a simple message saying "Thank you, your request has been sent and someone will respond as soon as they can"? Depending on the outcome of job 1, we may also need the "return" button after they submit the request. 3. I would like the ability to allow results from up to a 5km radius if the location is in a rural area away from the most populated spots. Let me know how much time you think this could take. I can provide a table of lat / long boundaries of areas that are high density population areas and to remain at a maximum 1km radius. 4. I have a spreadsheet with all of the replacement records ready to be imported into a newly emptied My SQL db that we are currently using. This should be fairly quick to do unless the process of Excel to MySQL is very time consuming. 5. According to Google stats, 80% of people visiting the site come through on mobile platforms. I would like to make the experience as streamlined and easy to read on a mobile device as possible and would like your advice on how to make this happen and a timeframe to do it.
