Website Development (Affiliate Marketing/Network Marketing Website)

First and foremost, I do not know if I picked the correct skills :) I can build a simple website, but what I need now is a little out of my realm. I am starting an affiliate/network marketing company that will be centered around providing marketers as well as business owners, all of the tools they need to market successfully online. In addition, on the "front end" of the website, I will be providing ongoing training in which I will teach marketers how to build their businesses. The "front end" of the website needs to be on a platform that is easy for me to update. It will be kind of like an ongoing blog so I can train new affiliates as well as communicate with long term affiliates. Now for the rest of the website. This will be an affiliate site, so I need a management system to track all affiliates. This system should also be able to provide each affiliate with their own unique link so they can promote. They will also need to be able to see how many customers and affiliates are below them in their downline. Each affiliate should have their own "back office" area so they can see all of their activity. The "tool suite" that will be available to all customers and affiliates needs to have the following for them to use for their businesses: Social Media AutoPoster (Auto Post to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) Lead Capture Page Creator (with some templates that are customizable) Email Auto Responder Blog Creator SMS Text Messaging Lead Management System Invoice Creator QR Code Creator In addition, I want to have a forum where members can ask and answer questions and that I can participate in as well. Finally, I will need the system to pay affiliates automatically through a payment gateway. I am assuming that this will be one of the last things that gets taken care of.
