Hello, Well ... normally i should probably wait until i'm awarded the project to give advice but i have a good feeling about it..so ..why not. Short answer : Yes, you do need a website , good SEO etc. I would recommend making a good SEO friendly website (this is the part where i can help with) then hiring a good SEO company to promote that website. They have specific tools / scripts that can push a website quite quickly to the top. Google adsense is also a good way to do this and most of my clients over the years used it with very good results.
