Web-scraping of Company Press Releases - open to bidding

I am looking for two web-scraping codes, written in excel.
i) Collect all available historical press releases
I am looking for a web-scraping code to collect the historical press-releases from around 40 different company websites.
I would like the press releases downloaded into an excel spreadsheet, using the column headings below.
I would like the code to be written clearly for each company, so I can alter the company website address etc at a later date if required.
ii) Collect last month’s press releases
I would like a separate web-scraping code to capture all the press releases between two dates that I am able to change (say, 1 January 2017 to 30 April 2017).
This would then be downloaded into a separate tab of the same spreadsheet, under the same format.
Excel file format
The excel file should be structured under the following column headings:
>Date
>Company
>Press Release Hyperlink
>Press Release Title
>Press Release body (all the text)
Company population
For both codes, I would like the population of companies to include the following list. Each organises its historical contracts in a separate way, but rarely change.
