Web Platform for voucher sales

This is the basic description of the project, the system must have possibility parse ID numbers from CSV file and store in sql database. Web interface must have admin and agent panel, Agent must have possibility to create Locations(sub agents ) Admin must have possibility to create voucher Groups (for example 5 Eur, 10 EUR, 15 EUR etc.) then add CSV file to one of the created groups and assign these numbers to the Agent. The Agent must have possibility to check the ID-s of the vouchers and assign them to one of the Created locations(sub agents) The agents can see only the numbers assigned to the them by administrator. also the sub agent must see the numbers assigned to them by the Agent. Sub Agent must have possibility to search through assigned vouchers and press sell (after the voucher is sold the voucher ID should be greyed out and it can not be modified further (only administrator can) agent must have possibility to filter through assigned ID numbers, (sold and unsold)
